Time Management Maimising Your Time And The Basics Of Business Time Management

Time Management, Maximising your Time and the Basics of Business Time Management

In some ways we are in the middle of a great experiment. The results will be measured in years not months. It will be a test of our capacity to transform our circumstances into circumstances that meet our highest ideals.

We have been given unprecedented power to shape our own destinies. It's like the lottery plus the death of God plus jet lag plus being overworked plus the knowledge that we only have five minutes to grab everything we've ever dreamed of plus the death of the boss plus the new ability to be creative plus the death of scarcity plus the belief that we have the ability to change our circumstances plus the fact that we've all grown old plus we all have medical problems plus the ability to easily obtain information plus the ability to easily express ourselves plus the ability to easily make decisions plus the ability to quickly get back to our priorities plus the ability to easily organize ourselves plus the ability to quickly vent our frustrations plus the ability to quickly get on with our lives plus the ability to easily take advice plus the ability to quickly recover from jet lag plus the ability to quickly organize ourselves plus the ability to immediately express our feelings plus the ability to immediately change directions plus the ability to instantly organize our lives plus the ability to instantly change the subject plus the ability to immediately recognize our past mistakes plus the ability to immediately recognize our future strengths plus the ability to immediately recognize our talents plus the ability to quickly recognize the beauty of the universe

What the heck is wrong with us? Why can't we make decisions, organize our lives, find happiness, take action, find fulfillment, organize our lives, talk to other people, write our thoughts, find fulfillment, write our thoughts, vent our frustrations, organize our lives, take action, talk to other people, set our priorities, organize our lives, write our thoughts, make decisions, change directions, take advice, organize our lives, and organize our lives? How did we get here? And when did we start making decisions, organizing our lives, find happiness, take action, and find fulfillment and organize our lives all at the same time?

No one ever just gives up or gives up easily. I mean we've been doing this all our lives. We have to stop. I mean seriously, we're grown ups. We're supposed to take charge. We're supposed to lead. There is NO SUCH THING AS STOP, but there is ONE THING THAT STOP MEANS STOP AND IT IS JUST MAKING BAD DECISIONS, OR BAD ACTIONS, OR BAD ACTIONS AGAINST OUR BEST INTEREST.

We can't just wake up one morning, slap on our 'career hat' and go to work, and go to work we'll get the desired results. We have to ask ourselves, why am I doing this? Is this really what I really want to do? Can I find something else that would serve my best interest? Can I change my current direction?

There are many things that stop us, including our own thoughts. In fact, I'd say that this is one of the main reasons that people fail. I mean, if we think that this is the only way we can ever achieve success, I mean I'd expect to find that many people who followed that same path would fall short of success. There are lots of little things that cause us to fall short. This is one of them.

I would like to leave you with a beautiful quote from T.S. Eliot, "The test of a firstrate people is whether they can drop everything they are doing, accept and love the particular era in which they are excelling, and strive to excel in an uneven culture. That is the standard of excellence"

I don't know if you've heard this but many people are struggling with time management. I mean if we're not putting things off, completing tasks and projects we really should be doing, finishing everything we start, completing everything we're committed to completing, I mean really, really important things. This is one of those times that is critical. You've got to be able to manage your time. Now this isn't just something that affects you as an individual. It affects your business also.

* It is critical to manage your time for product development, marketing and distribution.

* It is critical to manage your time for training and planning.

* It is critical to manage your time so that you can devote your time and attention to growing your business and ensuring that your business is profitable.

This is one of those periods where if you're a Business Owner, you're either managing your time, particularly when you have events or marketing events or you're planning events. This really is one of those times where you really must be able to manage your time in order to achieve a more profitable business and ensure that you are getting the work done that you need to be able to maximise your return on investment.

What I've set out here is a pretty concise overview of one of the best ways of maximising your time. Now this is really not a prescription. This is really how I would advise you to approach your time management. Remember this is just a model, a guide here to get you started. You need to look at it and think about what you need to do in order to maximise your time.

There are specific tasks that are not included here. They're probably tasks that you do need to manage particularly if you're a Business Owner. These are the day to day tasks that you need to ensure you get done. But nevertheless, this is a good start.

For the Business Owner, the important thing is getting things done and making sure that there's work to be done.

For the Business Owner it's really important that you've got a Plan. I mean the Plan will tell you exactly what you need to do and ensure that you do. So to maximise your time in a business you need to make sure that you've got a plan. You need to make sure that you've got people to do the work that you're not doing and that you're able to make sure that you keep focused on your Business.

You need to make sure that you have systems in place and you've got a support team in place to ensure that you're able to effectively and effectively make sure that you are able to maximise your time.

So there are a lot of aspects of time management and really if you're a Business Owner you need to ensure that you've got systems that are able to ensure that you're able to stay focussed on your business.

It's really important that you've got some very clear objectives that you're able to make sure that you're able to work effectively on a daily basis.
